Direct subway access, excellent location, two onsite restaurants
The hotel's outdated condition is glaring!!! Housekeeping must be prioritized to meet basic cleanliness standards, and parking garage design should be seriously reconsidered for guest safety!!!

Great rooms and comfy beds, but parking situation is tight for handicapped guests.

missingWrote a review on Sept 09convenient locationfamily-friendly poolnon-working hot tubmissed housekeepingmissing breakfast
Proximity to the Mayo Clinic was a significant plus, and the wheelchair transportation options were very convenient. The pool offered a fun spot for my family, although it’s more suitable for younger kids. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service during our visit, and we encountered challenges with housekeeping, as our room wasn't cleaned. Additionally, the absence of complimentary breakfast due to an electrical issue was disappointing, especially for our tight schedule.

Convenient location near the Mayo Clinic, the stay was satisfactory. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff was friendly. However, the room needed better maintenance, with a leaking sink and old fixtures. Despite those issues, it served well for the purpose of the visit.

missingWrote a review on Feb 12convenient locationcar parkingdecent roomants presenceuncomfortable beds
The stay was primarily for my son's visit to the nearby Clinic, which made it super convenient not to have to walk outside in the cold. I appreciated having parking available, even though it came with an extra charge. The room itself was decent, but the presence of ants in the bathroom and the lack of comfort in the beds were disappointing.
